National Automotive Repair Launches the “Vintage Division”
While celebrating the 20th Anniversary of NAR, Randy McLaughlin and staff were also launching the companies new “Vintage Division”. The Vintage Division will be providing premier auto repair for all makes and models of Classic cars.
Randy started his business as a back yard mechanic working on these types of vehicles in his early years. He then progressed to completing all educational programs at Arizona Automotive Institute and followed up with the credential of Master Mechanic thru ASE. Now that son Jake is being groomed to take on a stronger role of running the business Randy has been able to return to his passion of working on classic cars.
The Classic Car owner is a proud and particular owner. Once they started seeing vintage vehicles on NAR’s lot, phone calls started coming in inquiring about auto repair for their precious possessions. It is not unusual to have 3-6 of these cars in the bays at any one time.
Over twenty classic car owners were in attendance at the launching on May 13th. Some of the proudly displayed vehicles included: 56 Oldsmobile 98, 56 Fleetwood Cadillac, 57 Ford Thunderbird, 65 Ford Mustang Fastback, 53 Studebaker Champ, 53 Chevy Bel Air, 79 Z 28 Camaro and a 69 Chevy Stingray Corvette just to name a few.
Some of the repairs that can be completed on older vehicles that today’s mechanics do not have the knowledge to complete are carburetor repairs, tune ups, and general mechanical repairs. If you have a Vintage vehicle and are looking for a great shop to take it to for some tender loving care, call Randy, Jake or Jorge at National Automotive Repair for a diagnoses and repair.
Until Next time...
