On 6/21/10 I took my car in for a routine oil change. My car was also making a vibration sound upon acceleration. I was told that my car had uneven tire wear and cupping and that I would need new Struts and shocks and also needed to replace my tires. The same shop had just recently replaced my shocks in Jan 5 mos ago. They replaced the shocks because they were under warranty and then I left the shop to get a second opinion. I asked around at work if anyone new someone and I was told about garagefly.com. That's where I found National Automotive Repair and met the owner Randy. Randy and his crew took care of me and I walked away only needing an alignment. I can't say enough about the honesty and the respect Randy has for his customers! I will definately be going there for now on and recommended National Auto Repair to anyone looking for a quality repair shop with integrity and honesty!

Trust is where it's at! This shop continues to exceed all expectations of service, auto knowledge and expertise, and in no way takes advantage of a customer. They are honest and personable and show me in all ways they want my business and want to retain it.

My husband and I have always taken our trucks to National Automotive Repair for repairs. I have been impressed with the customer service and quality of their work. Usually they complete the repair the same day. I highly recommend them, and we won't go anywhere else.

When our jeep broke down in Quartsite, the local mechanic told us it was a head gasket ($2,000). We called Randy at Nat'l Automotive and he offered to come and pick us up and tow us home! He diagnosed it with just needing a new thermostat ($140).He repaired it and had us back on the road the very next day. Nat'l Automotive has earned our trust and our business forever!
