I was new to the Phoenix area in 2003 and in need of auto repair. I use to do all my repairs, but am now retired and do not have the work space any longer. A friend suggested National Automotive. The car's service engine light was lit. National was able to get me in the very next day. I presumed it was going to be some time before they were through, and left after dropping the car off. National called me withing an hour, to tell me the catalytic convert was toast. They also informed me that the converter was covered under an extended warranty. National took it a step further, they provided me with the service location and name of a contact to get the needed warranty repair done. For this they charged me nothing. National did not hear from me again until summer of 2007. My recently out of warranty Chrysler T&C had AC problems that the dealer had been unable to resolve under warranty, and was once again out of freon. National was able to schedule me for next day service, on short notice. A leaking evaporator buried behind the instrument panel was the problem. I was informed in advance what the repair would cost, and there were no surprises. As of 2/16/2009 the AC is still running like new. August 2008, the T&C's Electronic Control Module just went out. Once again National was there, and put me comfortably back on the road. Need I say it? National Automotive is the first place I call if I've got automotive problems!!!
